Overview
When working with Office 365 applications and technologies in conjunction with the ProxySG or Advanced Secure Gateway (ASG) products, the Office 365 Web Guide is the primary source of best practices, supported releases, configuration information, and known issues.  This article provides links to additional support knowledge base articles for topics or issues not currently covered in the Web Guide.
Cause
Resolution
With the introduction of MS-TURN and SIP protocol detection along with CRL distribution points certificate extension support required for Skype for Business operation there are no known issues with processing full SSL interception for all Office 365 applications and traffic.  The only known issues are regarding authentication support for some Office 365 applications and performance considerations when processing Office 365 traffic in general.  More details can be found in the Office 365 Web Guide.

Minimum release recommendations for Office 365 traffic processing:
ProxySG: 6.5.9.15 (6.6.x TBD)
*Note: 6.5.9.14 is no longer the recommended release.  6.5.9.15 contains important fixes for Office 365 support.  See the Office 365 Web Guide for additional details.
Advanced Secure Gateway (ASG): TBD
